WHY MANIPUR HILL AND VALLEY BE SEPARATED

SOME OF THE REASONS WHY THE HILL AND VALLEY MUST BE SEPARATED:
1.Manipur with its area 22, 327 square kilometers. 90% is hills and 10% is valley.
2.The population of the valley has just 5.3 lakh (total 16.2lakh ) more than the valley have 40 Seat in the State Legislative Assembly from 10% of the land while the Hilly areas got Just 20 Seats which has 10.9 lakhs populations who occupy 90% of the land.
3.The delimitation commission from the central government have recommended equal sharing of seats in the state legislative assembly by means 30-30 but it is never implemented.
4. The only solution is to separate them or to implement 6th Scheduled which is their constitutional rights. (Sixth Scheduled is the special provision, meant only for Tribals in India)
